Job Description:
As a Technical Content Writer, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging, insightful, and technically accurate content for our global audience. From product documentation to thought leadership blogs, you’ll help articulate DTC Force’s value, showcase our expertise, and empower Salesforce professionals around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and proofread technical content including blogs, whitepapers, guides, case studies, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with Salesforce consultants, developers, and marketing to translate technical knowledge into accessible content.
- Create SEO-optimized articles and thought leadership pieces for our website and LinkedIn.
- Produce internal documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
- Assist in the development of pitch decks, sales enablement content, and solution briefs.
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, features, and ecosystem updates to ensure timely and relevant content.
What You Bring to the Table (Ideal Candidate Must Have):
- 2+ years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in the Salesforce or SaaS space.
- Strong understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to tone, grammar, and technical accuracy.
- Ability to break down complex technical topics into clear, digestible content.
- Experience with tools like WordPress, Notion, Confluence, or similar CMS/documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Bonus: Experience writing for a developer audience or technical certifications (Salesforce Admin or Trailhead Superbadges).
