Job Description:
As a Salesforce Junior Developer, you’ll support our experienced engineering and consulting teams in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real-world projects while sharpening your skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical expertise while being mentored by some of the best in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, building, and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Write and maintain code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support bug fixes, code reviews, and testing cycles.
- Contribute to technical documentation and user manuals.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuously learn and explore new Salesforce tools, updates, and best practices.
What You Bring to the Table (Ideal Candidate Must Have):
- 02 – 03 years of experience in Salesforce development or strong academic/internship exposure.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM, data models, and configuration.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification (or in-progress) preferred.
