Job Description:
As a Salesforce AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent, data-driven solutions within the Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop AI-based features, including predictive modeling, intelligent automation, and natural language processing (NLP) using Salesforce Einstein, GPT integrations, and other AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein, GPT integrations, and custom models.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate AI into CRM processes.
- Leverage predictive analytics, NLP, and ML techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and scalable prototypes for AI use cases in Salesforce.
- Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and generate actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML advancements and Salesforce AI features.
- Ensure responsible AI use, data privacy compliance, and ethical considerations in deployments.
What You Bring to the Table (Ideal Candidate Must Have):
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein (Discovery, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, etc.).
- Experience integrating external AI models (OpenAI, Azure AI, Amazon SageMaker, etc.) with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apex (LWC a plus).
- Strong knowledge of MCP, Taskweaver and n8n.io.
- Solid understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Knowledge of CRM data models and Salesforce data architecture.
- Familiarity with MLOps, version control (Git), and CI/CD processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Salesforce AI Associate certification or other relevant certs are a big plus.
