Who?

 

Stentech makes industrial grade stencils and sells them across USA & Canada.

The Problem

 

Stentech needed to enable their sales team by allowing required territory based automatic client assignment to a team of no less than three users who would simultaneously work on the lead pushing it through their sales process.In addition they needed to capture events that led to their leads and events that the team scheduled to convert the lead.

Solution:

 

Being a very specifics oriented industry the data structure was complete revamped using at least 200 custom fields that are not stand alone but backed by multiple triggers and workflows to automate their process.

With the structure setup, DTCForce then enabled their process with ~ 120K records of data upload
