Success Story #2: The Force Behind Heineken Canada
Today we’re proud to announce that Heineken Canada has chosen DTC Force as their force behind Salesforce. With accounts coast-to-coast, Heineken Canada looked to Salesforce to help manage their customer relationships and database information.
We helped bring their Salesforce operation to life by upgrading them from an outdated system, and migrating all of their CRM data. They’ll now be integrated on the platform, and all of their sales funnels will run parallel. This upgrade will assist Heineken to reach their sales and CRM goals, while helping to improve their inter-provincial relationships.
