Triangular Integration for an eCommerce portal

Our client, an e-commerce niche player, was faced with a situation where they were looking at a triangular integration of a payment processing app, a subscription management system for their core business and salesforce sales & service cloud. In addition, the project not only had multiple financial system overlays but also had to support migration from Zoho CRM to Salesforce.com.

Working closely with the management the clients management team we were successful in developing a robust solution including implementing a packaged payment processing App, developing customized triggers scheduled processes to handle client’s unique business requirements, complete migration from Zoho to salesforce all of this while objectively optimizing the client’s current business.
