A large veterinary chain was looking to replace their current system with salesforce.

  2. seamlessly working with their customer and referral management system by periodically but automatically transferring data to salesforce.
  3. Migrating approximately 8,500 records of data from both of their other software systems.
  4. Creating a platform to run HTML email campaigns to the contacts residing within Salesforce.
