Donations Management System

Our client, a European charity, started off with using salesforce.com’s Non-profit starter pack. The package has its limitation and could not completely automate their work processes.

As they were familiar with salesforce they decided to have a customized donations management system developed on salesforce. Their goal was to have as much possible automation of their work processes and a hundred percent automation in their donations department. They also did not want to lose loads of data that they had scattered in excel sheets and other databases.

A custom donation batch management module was developed to process donations this module generated receipts, letters and integrated to external systems such as HMRC, Smart Debit (Direct Debit API), PayPal and World Pay XML service, automate donation/payment processing as well as submitting tax reclaims on donations.

Our solution to them gave them complete flexibility and automation in their donation collection and operational processes.
