About This Role
As a Salesforce Developer at DTC Force, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to create scalable, maintainable applications on the Salesforce platform.

Required Qualifications
We're looking for a well-rounded professional with the following qualifications:
Experience
5-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of successful implementations
Problem-Solving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Communication
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Project Management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines
Technical Skills
Strong technical foundation across the Salesforce platform:
Core Development
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
Web Technologies
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks
Salesforce Platform
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and declarative features (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
Integration
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations
Development Tools
Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git, and CI/CD tools for Salesforce
Testing & Quality
Strong experience writing test classes, maintaining code coverage, and following Salesforce best practices
Salesforce Clouds
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiarity with other Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other certifications are a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Create and optimize automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
- Collaborate with administrators and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across the Salesforce platform
- Participate in release management and deployment activities
- Document technical designs, processes, and solutions
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, or other Salesforce ecosystem products
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Understanding of DevOps practices for Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
