Required Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting, project management, and client-facing roles
• 4+ Salesforce Certifications (must include at least one Consultant-level Certification)
• Proven experience in technical project management within a client-facing environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Strong preference for candidates with Cambridge/foreign education background)
• Demonstrated ability in business analysis, research, and solution scoping
• Experience or interest in product development will be highly valued
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Must be immediately available or able to join on short notice

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor and solution designer — translating client challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Lead client discovery sessions, requirement-gathering workshops, and technical design discussions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and product owners to drive project success from conception to delivery
• Ensure alignment between business goals and Salesforce capabilities, while providing thought leadership on best practices
• Create comprehensive documentation, user stories, and technical specifications to guide development and deployment
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal creation, client demos, and solution presentations
• Continuously research new Salesforce functionalities and cloud technologies to future-proof client solutions
• Offer insights into product enhancement and innovation opportunities based on market research and client feedback
