Required Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced AI/ML professional with the following qualifications:

Experience & Leadership

8+ years in AI/ML engineering with proven hands-on leadership experience leading technical teams and driving AI initiatives

Core AI Expertise

Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing with a strong theoretical foundation and practical application

Programming & Frameworks

Advanced proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn

LLM & Advanced AI

Strong experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and agentic AI frameworks

Production Deployment

Proven track record of deploying and maintaining AI systems in production environments at scale

Cloud Infrastructure

Strong background in cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure with experience in distributed systems

DevOps & Orchestration

Hands-on experience with containers, orchestration, and APIs including Docker, Kubernetes, and REST/gRPC protocols

RAG & Vector Systems

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, vector databases, and embedding systems

Advanced AI Techniques

Knowledge of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or autonomous AI applications

Data Engineering

Experience with data engineering, streaming systems, and building large-scale data pipelines

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions for complex business problems
  • Lead the development of LLM-powered applications and intelligent systems
  • Build and optimize RAG systems with vector databases for enhanced AI capabilities
  • Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art models for production use
  • Mentor and guide engineering team members on AI/ML best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Establish engineering standards and drive technical excellence
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and incorporate them strategically
